Report fax spam

To report unsolicited commercial fax messages, please follow these two steps:

Step one: Complete the fax report form

Please fill in either the PDF or DOCX version of the report form:

Note: You cannot complete the PDF document on-screen. You will need to print the PDF and fill it in. You can complete the Word document on-screen. Save the DOCX form to your computer or print it out.

Please keep the original fax spam. We may require it as part of our investigations.

Step two: Send the report form and fax spam to us

Please send the completed Report Form and a copy of the fax spam message to the Electronic Messaging Team.

Scan and attach the fax spam and the completed Report Form to an email and send it to: fax@antispam.govt.nz

Note: If you have any difficulty attaching the form to an email, copy and paste the email address into a new email message and attach the documents. If the fax spam was delivered to your email inbox, forward this with the completed Report Form to fax@antispam.govt.nz.
