Free goAML training

The Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) have confirmed details for the following free goAML training sessions in Timaru and Christchurch. These in person sessions will run for 2 hours and will cover an overview of the goAML system, along with how to submit suspicious activity and prescribed transaction reports.
These sessions will include a demonstration with ability to ask questions.
These will be the last sessions held in Timaru/Christchurch this year so please make every effort to attend if possible.

We recommend you bring:
- Hard colour copies of the web reporting reference guides for:
- Suspicious transaction reports
- Suspicious activity reports
- International funds transfers
- Large cash transactions (if you conduct these types of transactions)
These are located in the resource Library within goAML. To access this logon to goAML then click on ‘Help’ in the navy-blue task bar.
- Pen and some paper to take notes.
Responses:
Confirmation of your attendance for your preferred session is required by close of business Thursday 13th July via emailing goAMLTraining@police.govt.nz
If you have any staff who have previously attended a session but would like a refresher, or any staff that may be submitting reports through goAML in the future but aren’t yet registered as users they are more than welcome to attend also. Please send us their name/s and email address.
