As part of our role as AML/CFT supervisor we need to be able to contact your business. Therefore, it is important that we have up to date contact details for your business and those who have AML/CFT roles.

If your status as a reporting entity changes (you cease engaging in captured activities/providing financial services), or someone with an AML/CFT role leaves your business, please let us know by updating your details.

You can do this by logging into AML Online and creating a new “role”. This role can either be a compliance officer, delegate or alternative contact. You can also end the roles of previous people who may have left your business. There is an instructional video on how to do this here.
