Regulatory Findings Report 2020 available

We are pleased to share with you our inaugural Regulatory Findings Report for 1 July 2019 to 30 June 2020.
This year we have taken a new approach and developed a digital and interactive version of the report which we hope will make it easier for you to access the information contained in the report.
In this report we highlight our key effectiveness observations from our compliance assessments. While we continue to assess technical compliance of reporting entities under the Act, effective AML/CFT measures help stop criminals laundering the proceeds of drug offending, fraud, tax evasion and other crimes through a reporting entity’s business, and therefore effectiveness will continue to be a focus point when undertaking our compliance work.
Our report also highlights how we continue to support reporting entities to prevent harm, both in their business but also in the community through our various engagement and education channels.
