Russia Sanctions Act

Te Tari Taiwhenua Department of Internal Affairs, the Financial Markets Authority and Reserve Bank of New Zealand have issued this joint guidance for reporting entities (PDF, 429KB) in relation to the Russia Sanctions Act 2022. This includes comment regarding associated obligations under the AML/CFT Act.
