Engagement Survey Results

Until 2017, the Department conducted annual engagement surveys to provide our people with an opportunity to tell us about their experience working at DIA.

In 2018, the Department moved to a ‘continuous listening’ approach, instead of running an annual engagement survey. This came after input from our people, who wanted the opportunity to provide feedback more frequently and flexibly. This helps us to be a high-performing organisation and a great place to work, and to continue to make New Zealand better for New Zealanders.
