The Department provides New Zealanders and New Zealand organisations with Passports, Citizenship, RealMe and Births Deaths and Marriages services.

This dashboard provides information on how the Department performs against a number of key metrics across our Identity and Life Events services. This includes customer satisfaction, timeliness, accuracy, and volume.

The data is collected from production systems and customer experience surveys.

The dashboard includes information for the last 12 months and is updated on a monthly basis.
