The second line illustrates the percentage of people who feel a sense of community, and shows a rise from 53% to 66% between 2003 and 2004, before dropping to 60% in 2010. The third line illustrates the percentage of people who have a positive sense of ethnic diversity, and shows a drop from 54% to 52% between 2003 and 2008, before rising to 62% in 2010.
