Daylight Saving Ends

New Zealand Daylight Time ends on Sunday 21 March 2004 at 3am Daylight Time, when clocks should be put back one hour.

People may find it convenient to put their clocks back by one hour before going to bed on Saturday 20 March.

Daylight Time begins on the first Sunday in October and runs through until the third Sunday in March the following year. The annual time adjustments are made under the Time Act 1974.

Daylight time begins again at 2am on Sunday 3 October 2004, when clocks should be put forward one hour.
