About the ministerial credit card statements and reconciliations
These documents are proactively released by the Department quarterly and include the statements and reconciliations for Ministers and ministers’ office staff processed at the time of the release. Any reconciliations not processed at the time of publication will be included in the next quarterly release.
Some of the amounts charged to ministerial credit cards relate to out-of-Wellington accommodation, surface travel, and official Cabinet-approved international travel. These figures have also been included in the Ministers' expense releases for the same period, therefore these amounts on the credit card statements do not represent additional expenditure over and above that in quarterly release.
The files for each ministerial office are listed alphabetically by Minister's surname, with the most recent release at the top.
Some information has been withheld for privacy and security reasons.
Annotations have been made to the documents where necessary to provide clarity.
