Gambling (Class 4 Net Proceeds) Amendment Regulations 2011
Description: These regulations amend the Gambling (Class 4 Net Proceeds) Regulations 2004 by removing the prohibition on multi-year grants from gaming machine profits. There are also additional requirements to ensure compliance with the Gambling Act 2003, and to help mitigate various risks if multi-year grant commitments are made.
